System Generated Email Settings
Associate myAvatar with an email account.
RADplus Utilities > Database Management > System Generated Email Settings
Emails are generated to verify a user’s password (defined in the User Failed Authentication Question form).
It is recommended that an email account with a static password is used. If the email password is updated in the facility, the email settings should be updated in this form.

In the SMTP Server field, enter the local mail server that will send email.
The local mail server must be configured to allow the myAvatar and Cache server to act as an SMTP relay. -
In the Email From Address field, enter a valid email address in the email server

In the Email Authentication User ID field, enter the user name the myAvatar email account will be associated.

In the Email Authentication Password field, enter the password for the myAvatar email account.

Click Submit.
