| active | Yes (active user), or No (deactivated user). |
| allow_alert_access_code | Y (user - access clients with Error client alert types). |
| allow_alert_access_value | Yes (user - yes access clients with Error client alert types). |
| allow_alert_access_type_code | Client error alert type codes. Blank when allow_alert_access_code column is N. |
| allow_alert_access_type_value | Client error alert type values. Blank when allow_alert_access_value column is N. |
| allow_external_sql_code | Y (user - access SQL tables). |
| allow_external_sql_other_code | Yes (user - access SQL tables). |
| allow_external_sql_other_value | Y (user - access SQL tables in other system codes). |
| allow_external_sql_value | Yes (user - access SQL tables in other system codes). |
| allow_renewal_code | Y (renewable password), N (non-renewable password). |
| allow_renewal_value | Yes (renewable password), No (non-renewable password). |

| unit_non_caseload_access_warn_code | Y (user assigned non-caseload access warning). U (silent audit), N (no warning). Value is null if unit_id equals null. |
| unit_non_caseload_access_warn_value | Yes, silent audit, no warning. Value is null if unit_id equals null. |
| user_description | User description. Computed value. |
| USERID | User ID. |
| user_option_descriptions | Form description assigned to user. Blank if user associated with user role without customization. |
| user_option_ids | Form ID assigned to user. Blank if user is associated with user role without customization. |
| USERROLE | User role assigned to user. Value is null if associate_with_role_code equals N. |
| user_table_ids | Table ID associated with SQL tables assigned to user. Value is null if allow_external_sql_code equals N. Blank if user is associated with a user role without customization. |
