Required User List Management
Create lists of users who are required to have workflow notifications sent for their changes.
Avatar CWS > RADplus Utilities > Workflow Management
Supervisors must approve treatment plans created by required users.
-
The users on required workflow lists must file a form as either Draft, or Pending Approval. If the user is not included in a required user list, Pending Approval is not available.
-
Required list users populate workflow management forms (Treatment Plans, Progress notes, Group notes, modeled forms with workflow enabled).
-
These users are required to send workflow controlling notifications as Pending Approval.
-
In the Treatment Plan Status field, 'Pending Approval' is enabled, 'Final' is disabled.
User lists are populated through this form, the User Definition, and User Role Definition forms (RADplus Utilities, Workflow Management section).
Three required user lists for treatment plans are installed with myAvatar CWS:
-
Treatment Plan
-
MH Treatment Plan Group
-
MR Treatment Plan Group
New lists can be created, but affect RADplus modeled forms only.
The Required Users Workflow
-
The user selected in the Pending Approval field will receive a To-Do notification.
To do items are accepted, or rejected.
When a To-Do item is filed it is sent back to the original user to be reviewed.
