Final to Draft Override

Change a form's workflow status from Final to Draft. Workflow items with Draft status can be edited and resubmitted. Final to Draft Override is used with modeled forms that have Draft/Final or Draft/Pending Approval/Final functionality and can be accessed from myAvatar PM or CWS.

Workflow items are set to Final status after the item has been approved. If a form has any associated workflow, it is available in the Final to Draft Override form.

Note: Rows associated to currently locked documents will not display. Appended documents are not eligible for this function. Final status is disabled for users on a required notification list.

  1. In the Forms field, select the form table. Forms that have 'Final' items can be selected.
  2. In the Entity Lookup field, enter the client name and select Enter.
  3. Click Select Row. A form selection dialog displays. Select the row and click Ok.
  4. If appropriate, select Print Row Contents to generate a report of the form's information.
  5. In the Override Reason field, enter the reason for modifying the Treatment Plan status.
  6. Select Submit.

Note: If document routing is enabled for the form, submitting Final to Draft Override voids the original document associated with that row. After re-finalizing a form, a new document is created.
