Display Form Bundle

Generate a form bundle report, which details information for all form bundles in myAvatar .

RADplus Utilities > Menu Manager > Display Form Bundle

Prerequisites:

• A form must be created in Form Bundler.

1. In the Individual or All Form Bundles field:

• Select Individual to generate a report for one form bundle (Form Bundle field).

• Select All to generate a report on all form bundles.

2. In the Form Bundle field, select the form bundle.

3. Click Submit.
