Customize a view

In myAvatar NX a system administrator uses the NX View Definition form to customize staff views by user or user role. Sections that can be customized are: 

Prerequisite:


  1. Go to RADplus Utilities > Widget Management > NX View Definition.
  2. Make a selection:
    • Select User then search for and select a user.
      OR
    • Select Role then search for and select a user role.
  3. From the myDay drop-down menu, select the myDay view to add.
  4. From the Client Dashboard drop-down menu, select the Dashboard view to add.
  5. To associate more than one myDay view with a user or user role, select Additional myDay Views and choose the views.
  6. To associate quick actions with the view, select Quick Actions and choose the actions to add.
  7. Select File to save your changes.
  8. Select Submit.
