Current System Status

Display users currently logged into myAvatar.

In cases where a facility has a shared system login open (such as a nurses' station), the Option User will display the specific users in each form if the Prompt for Username at Form Entry field on the User Role Definition form is set to Yes.

  1. Go to: RADplus Utilities > System Security > Auditing

  2. The Status field displays open forms and users who are logged in.

    • Option - Forms that are currently open in the system.

    • Login User - Users who are currently logged into the system.

    • Option User  - Users who are currently logged into the specified form.

  3. Click Update Status Display to update the Status field’s display for changes made to myAvatar since this form was opened.

  4. Click Print Status to generate the Current System Status report.

Note: If a user is actually in a form, then it will have the form name on the same line as the user name.
The entries that are not on the same line as a form name are for other processes other than forms, such as a Home View, report, ODBC connections, background processes, web service, etc.

The data for the form comes from the 'SYSTEM.radplus_current_users' table, and is sorted by the Cache job numbers, not by user or form.
