Widget - Client Information

The Client Information Widget has the same data as the Client Header when looking at the chart. This widget is designed for the Home View. It will not display any data in Chart View.

When highlighting a client under Recent Clients or My Clients, basic information will display about the client in this widget including the client’s name, gender, date of birth, allergies, alerts, and a photo of the client if available.

The left side displays client demographic information, and a client picture (if one has been associated with the client).

The right side displays client allergies, (if allergies have been associated with the client).
If there are known allergies (Allergies and Hypersensitivities form, myAvatar CWS), these allergies display in red.
