Client Acuity

Record an acuity score for individual clients on a given date and view client-specific results of an acuity compilation.

  • If an acuity score has already been assigned to a client for a specific date, a user will not be able to record a new score or override the existing acuity score.
  • Acuity scores are generated based on existing client records and saved with the client record so they can be viewed historically.
  1. On the Select Client screen, search for and select the desired client.
  2. In the Acuity Date field, enter the date for which to view a client's acuity score. If no score exists for that date, the Total Acuity Score will be generated automatically and be indicated by an asterisk (*).
  3. In the Practitioner Category Select field, the specific category to view.
  4. The Acuity Scores field displays summarized scores for each acuity domain.
  5. The Total Acuity Score field displays the final value of all domains tallied together.
  6. In the Comments field, enter any notes related to the compiled acuity scores.
  7. Click Submit.
  8. Click Submit.
