Client Acuity
Record an acuity score for individual clients on a given date and view client-specific results of an acuity compilation.

- If an acuity score has already been assigned to a client for a specific date, a user will not be able to record a new score or override the existing acuity score.
- Acuity scores are generated based on existing client records and saved with the client record so they can be viewed historically.
- On the Select Client screen, search for and select the desired client.
- In the Acuity Date field, enter the date for which to view a client's acuity score. If no score exists for that date, the Total Acuity Score will be generated automatically and be indicated by an asterisk (*).
- In the Practitioner Category Select field, the specific category to view.
- The Acuity Scores field displays summarized scores for each acuity domain.
- The Total Acuity Score field displays the final value of all domains tallied together.
- In the Comments field, enter any notes related to the compiled acuity scores.
- Click Submit.
- Click Submit.
