Chart Section

Define chart parameters.

•  Forms are associated with a user’s chart through the User Role Definition and User Definition forms.

1. In the Allow Entry of Form from within Chart field, select Yes to enable end-users to open the form from the Chart View screen. This creates an Edit hyperlink within the Chart View.

2. In the Allow Addition of New Rows field, select Yes to enable end-users to submit a new row of data from the Chart View screen.This creates an Add hyperlink within the Chart View.

3. In the Only Display Inquiry field:

   • Select Yes to display an inquiry in Chart.

   • Select No to generate a report. This enables the Print and Report buttons within the Chart View.

     1. Choose which report in the Report field.

     2. In the Show Group Tree field, select Yes to display the report group tree.

     3. In the Send to Default Printer field:

        • Select Yes to send the report to the user’s default printer.

        • Select No to display the report through the myAvatar report viewer.

4. In the Allow Entry of Sticky Notes field, select Yes to enable end-users to use Sticky Notes functionality in the Chart View.
