Care Manager Service Authorization
This widget displays service authorization records in the system where Care Manager Assigned is set to the currently logged-in username (so that widget results for each user includes only records where the user is the assigned care manager).
The Auth # serves as a link to open the appropriate service authorization form for each record listed. Widget results will include member Service Authorizations, Contracting Provider Service Authorizations, and/or Funding Source Service Authorizations.
Display columns in widget include:
- Authorization Number
- Authorization Grouping (if applicable)
- Client
- Auth Begin Date
- Auth End Date
- Next Review Date
- Provider
- Remaining Liability
- Status
- Last Update Date
