CareConnect Security Configuration

This form enables CareConnect connectivity in myAvatar.

RADplus Utilities > System Security > System Administration

  1. In the Enable Care Connect Security field:
  • Select Yes to enable CareConnect connectivity in myAvatar
  • Select No to disable this connectivity.
  1. In the Facility Provider ID field, enter the provider ID.
    This will be unique to each facility.
  2. In the Security Registration Key field, enter the key.
    This will be unique to each facility. 
  3. Click Select Certificate File
  • An Open dialog displays. Navigate to the file. Click Ok.
    This file needs to be accessed from the myAvatar server, not a user's local hard drive.
  • The Certificate File field displays the file information.
  1. Click Select private Key File
  • An Open dialog displays. Navigate to the file. Click Ok.
    This file needs to be accessed from the myAvatar server, not a user's local hard drive.
  • The Private Key File field displays the file information.
  1. In the Private Key Password field, enter the password.
    In the Confirm Private Key Password field, enter the password again.
  2. Click Submit.
