Alternate Lookups Section

Add alternate client lookups to the Select Client screen.

  1. In the Number of Alternate Lookups field, select the number of alternate lookups for the Select Client screen.
  2. In the First Alternate Lookup field, select the alternate lookup.

  3. In the First Alternate Lookup Label field, type the alternate lookup field label.

  4. In the Is First Alternate Lookup a Stand-alone Search field

    • Select Yes if the alternate lookup is required to perform a client search.
      When Yes is selected, the Minimum Score for Display field (Search Scores section) populates 'Alternate Lookup Search Score' fields. The alternate search score must be equal to this number or greater.

    • Select No if the alternate lookup search score will be added to other search scores (Search Scores section).

  5. In the First Alternate Lookup Search Score field, enter the number.

  6. Enter second alternate lookup information, if appropriate.

  7. Click Submit.
