Unlock a User Account

Unlock a user and allow that user to access ProviderConnect.

Details

Users are locked out of ProviderConnect if they enter incorrect login information five times in 15 minutes.

The user will not be able to access ProviderConnect. 

  1.  Select the user.

  2. Click Unlock User Account.
