System requirements - ProviderConnect NX
Prior to installing ProviderConnect NX product updates in a production environment, Netsmart strongly recommends installing the updates and performing thorough testing in a test environment. The initial ProviderConnect NX installation requires the following technical prerequisites and product updates:
Managing Organization production use of myAvatar, including MSO
- myAvatar updated to Cache 2017
- myAvatar updated to JBoss 7.0
- myAvatar Reports Crystal Report Viewer version 9 or newer
- myAvatar Product Updates
- RADplus 2022 Update 1
- Avatar ProviderConnect NX 2022 Update 1
- Avatar MSO 2022 Update 10
- Avatar Cal-PM 2022 Update 1
- Avatar PM 2022 Update 1
- Avatar NX v 2022.05.00
Note: ProviderConnect NX requires that the integrated managing organization’s myAvatar solution is NX-ready by installing the technical requirements for NX. As long as the technical requirements are met, the implementations for myAvatar NX and ProviderConnect NX can be completed separately. A managing organization can extend ProviderConnect NX to their contracted providers prior to implementing myAvatar NX for their own end users.
