Manage Dynamic Forms
Add forms to ProviderConnect that have been modeled in Avatar PM and Avatar CWS.

Forms have to be modeled in Avatar PM (version 2006 and above) and Avatar CWS (version 2004 and above).

Form data must have been compiled in the ProviderConnect Application Build form (Avatar PM).

In the Main Menu click Utilities.

Click Manage Dynamic Forms.
- The Dynamic Forms screen displays:

Click "Refresh Dynamic Forms" button

The list will populated with the forms specified in the ProviderConnect Application Build
- Click Clear Dynamic Forms Cache.
- A Web browser screen displays confirming the cache has been cleared.
- If new forms have been added, proceed to Manage an Access Group to grant edit permissions to users.
