ORYX Reporting - PM
File ORYX reporting criteria.
Prerequisites:

The Enable NRI/ORYX Reporting registry setting must be enabled.

Data for the ORYX report is gathered from the myAvatar Incident Tracking and myAvatar Order Entry product modules. These product modules must be installed to use this report method.

Go to: Avatar PM > System Maintenance > Client Maintenance

In the Report Type field, select type of report to compile.

In the Reporting Month field, select the month for filing the ORYX report.

In the Reporting Year field, enter the four-digit year (YYYY) for the report.

Select the Compile Records button to submit the report.
