Individual Letter Request - PM

Request specific types of letters to be sent to a client.

Prerequisites:

  • Letter types must be defined for the system.

  1. In the Client Letter Requested For field, enter the name or ID of the client and select a value from the Results list.

  2. Select the relevant Episode, if any.

  3. Select the Language for the letter.

  4. In the Date Requested field, enter the date of the letter request.

  5. Select the Letter Type.
    Letter types are stored in a dictionary in the database. Refer to the Letter Maintenance form, or contact the system administrator.

  6. In the Letter Comments field, enter any comments or notes on the letter.

  7. Click Submit.
