Order Code Status by Pharmacy Facility ID Section

File current order code statuses according to the pharmacy facility ID.

  1. In the Order Code Statuses Currently on File by Pharmacy Facility ID box, select an order code status.
  2. Select the pharmacy facility ID.
  3. Select Deactivate as needed to deactivate the order code.
  4. Click File Status by Pharmacy Facility ID to file the order code statuses.
