CareLink Transaction Management

Display transactions sent from myAvatar MSO to CareLink.

Avatar MSO > System Maintenance > CareLink Transaction Management

Transactions that were rejected by CareLink can be sent again in this form.

Transactions to CareLink can fail if:

  • Interface errors occur when there are network issues.

  • Network issues are attempted to be resolved, using the time interval setup (Download Interval (In Seconds) field, CareNet System Defaults form).

  • SQL errors occur when CareLink rejects a transaction. Once corrected the transaction must be resent through this form.

The following fields filter the display of the MSO to CareLink Transactions screen:

  1. In the Transaction From Date field, enter the beginning transaction date. If no date is entered, all dates display.

  2. In the Transaction Thru Date field, enter the ending transaction date. If no date is entered, all transactions display.

  3. In the Transaction Status field, select the transaction type:

  • Successful - display successful transactions.

  • Interface Errors - display failed transactions.

  • SQL Errors - display rejected transactions.

  • All - display all transactions.

  1. The Transactions field displays transaction details and reason the transaction failed (if appropriate).

  2. Click View Details to display the MSO to CareLink Transactions screen. Select the transactions, click Ok.

  3. Click Send Transaction(s) the transactions to resubmit the selected transaction.
