Installation Procedure

  1. Locate the myAvatar _Identity_Manager_Initial_Install.gsa file from the install CD.
    This file is located in the Server_Software folder.
  2. Open the Product Update And Customization Pack Installation form of RADplus Utilities (Database Management menu).
  3. Click on the Select Update/Customization Pack button and locate the myAvatar _Identity_Manager_Initial_Install.gsa file.
  4. Double-click the Avatar_Identity_Manager_Initial_Install.gsa file to upload the file onto the server. The File Upload Information box displays upon completion. Click OK to continue.
  5. Once the upload process is complete, click the Review Update/Customization Pack Contents button.
  6. Enter the Customer Name and a valid License Key provided to you by Netsmart. If you do not have this information, please contact your Netsmart representative.
  7. Click the Install Update/Customization Pack button to install myAvatar Identity Manager.
  8. Once the installation is complete, you will see the following:

    • Congratulations! You have successfully installed myAvatar Identity Manager.
