Group Termination

Remove a group and make it unavailable for scheduling.

Note: To reinstate a group, use the Delete Group Termination form.

  1. Go to: Avatar PM > Appointment Scheduling > Group Management.
  2. In the Select Group pre-display, enter the Group Name or ID# and choose Search.
  3. In the results, choose Select to select the group.
  4. In the Group Termination Date field, enter the date that the group is no longer active. The date cannot be prior to the last scheduled group appointment.
    Note: The Group Termination date affects information entered in the Scheduling Calendar.
  5. Select Submit.
