Group Termination
Remove a group and make it unavailable for scheduling.
Note: To reinstate a group, use the Delete Group Termination form.
- Go to: Avatar PM > Appointment Scheduling > Group Management.
- In the Select Group pre-display, enter the Group Name or ID# and choose Search.
- In the results, choose Select to select the group.
- In the Group Termination Date field, enter the date that the group is no longer active. The date cannot be prior to the last scheduled group appointment.
Note: The Group Termination date affects information entered in the Scheduling Calendar. - Select Submit.
