Configure output questions
Prerequisites:
- Netsmart Associate domain account has myAvatar Flowsheet Configuration access
- Intake and output assessment created
- Output question created
- Navigate myAvatar Flowsheet Configuration website
- Select add/edit tag icon within question row
- Select Add Tag
- Enter ioOutputRow within attribute field
- Enter true within value field
- Select Add Tag
- Enter default within attribute field
- Enter true within value field
- Select Save
- Select Publish
Note: Adding the default tag makes the output source always available for documentation. This would be done for output sources that are frequently documented. Without the default tag, the output source can be added from Add New option and selecting the New Output Source.This would be done for output sources that are not typically documented.
