Configure output assessment source
Prerequisites:
- Netsmart Associate domain account has myAvatar Flowsheet Configuration access
- Intake and output assessment created
- Output question created
- Navigate myAvatar Flowsheet Configuration website
- Select add/edit assessment tags icon
- Select Output Row toggle
- Select Save
- Select Publish
Note: This configuration makes the assessment available from the Add New option within the I&O assessment's output section. The assessment can then be selected as a New Output Source and documented against.
