Configure intake questions
Prerequisites:
- Netsmart Associate domain account has myAvatar Flowsheet Configuration access
- Intake and output assessment created
- Intake question created
- Navigate myAvatar Flowsheet Configuration website
- Select add/edit tag icon within question row
- Select Add Tag
- Enter ioIntakeRow within attribute field
- Enter true within value field
- Select Add Tag
- Enter default within attribute field
- Enter true within value field
- Select Save
- Select Publish
Note: Adding the default tag makes the intake source always available for documentation. This would be done for intake sources that are frequently documented. Without the default tag, the intake source can be added from Add New option and selecting the New Intake Source. This would be done for intake sources that are not typically documented.
