Prerequisites:

Netsmart Associate accesses myAvatar NX with CSMPROG credentials
Netsmart Associate domain account has myAvatar Flowsheet Configuration access

Navigate myAvatar NX website
Sign in myAvatar NX with CSMPROG credentials
Enter Dictionary Update within search
Select Dictionary Update form for Avatar CWS
Select Print Dictionary
Select Order Entry Tabled Files from File drop-down list
Select Individual Data Element
Enter Order Types
Select (500) Order Types
Select Print Dictionary
Navigate myAvatar Flowsheet Configuration website
Enter Netsmart ID
Enter Password
Select Login
Enter Organization
Select Continue
Select Settings
Select Order Type Codes for Intake and Output field
Enter Order Type Code

Note: Use the order type dictionary code (number) not the order type dictionary value (text)

Select Enter key from keyboard
Repeat entering Order Type Code(s) as needed
Select Save
