Add question logic
Prerequisites:
- Netsmart Associate domain account has myAvatar Flowsheet Configuration access
- Assessment is added
- Number, single select, multiple select, date, time, calculated or finding question is added
- Access myAvatar Flowsheet Configuration
- Select settings icon within the question row
- Select Logic
- Select Add
- Select if value is option
- Enter a value
Note: Value entry is only for number, date, time, calculated and finding questions.
- Select then option
- Select question(s)
- Select Save
Note: You must perform the save as draft or publish to save the change made within the assessment.
