Routing Views Definition

Routing Views Definition allows for customization of the Worklist Widget and Worklist Item forms to display relevant information in columns of the widget and in the read-only header section of the form. The selections made here determine which fields display and in which order.

Header Field Details
Label Notes
Order This is where you designate the order the field displays on the Document Information section on the Worklist Item form.
Label This is where you designate the text that displays for the selected field in the Document Information section on the Worklist Item form.
Field This is where you select the information to include in the Document Information section on the Worklist Item form.

Worklist Widget Details

   
Order Determine the order in which the information column displays on the Rule Based Routing widget.
Label Determine the text that displays on the Rule Based Routing widget information column.
Column Type

Standard: This option will enable and require the Standard field, and allow the selection of the pre-defined informational fields to include on the Rule Based Routing widget.

User-Defined: This option will enable and require the User-Defined Form and User-Defined Field fields. Using this option will allow information to be pulled from a form configured to work with the Rule Based Routing workflow into the Rule Based Routing widget.
