Review and co-sign documents
Review document information, and co-sign a document. Forms must be created in the Document Management Definition form (Avatar CWS).
- Go to: Avatar PM > RADplus Utilities > Document Routing > Review/Co-Sign Documents
- In the Form Type field, select the database that contains the entity to be reviewed.
- In the Entity field, enter the entity to be reviewed.
- Select the appropriate entity from the list of matches.
- In the From Date and To Date fields, enter the document start and end dates.
Result: Available documents display in the List of Documents field. - Select the document to review/co-sign.
- To view the document and verify its details, select Display Document.
Note: From the Display Document screen, the document can be printed or voided. - In the Co-Signer's Comments field, enter additional information to be added to the document.
- Select Submit.
