Review and co-sign documents

Review document information, and co-sign a document. Forms must be created in the Document Management Definition form (Avatar CWS).

  1. Go to: Avatar PM > RADplus Utilities > Document Routing > Review/Co-Sign Documents
  2. In the Form Type field, select the database that contains the entity to be reviewed.
  3. In the Entity field, enter the entity to be reviewed.
  4. Select the appropriate entity from the list of matches.
  5. In the From Date and To Date fields, enter the document start and end dates.
    Result: Available documents display in the List of Documents field.
  6. Select the document to review/co-sign.
  7. To view the document and verify its details, select Display Document.
    Note: From the Display Document screen, the document can be printed or voided.
  8. In the Co-Signer's Comments field, enter additional information to be added to the document.
  9. Select Submit.
