Enables a user with a security level equal to or higher than the user to append a progress note.

1 Level One Security
2 Level Two Security
3 Level Three Security
4 Level Four Security
N Security Level Override Disable

Note: This registry setting overrides the Limit Append To Original Author registry setting.
