Who do I contact for Perceptive/ImageNow questions?

Netsmart clients with Perceptive/ImageNow configured for their Netsmart EHR software should always contact Netsmart Technologies for assistance.

Clients can submit a case through the NetsmartCares portal or call Support.

If I use the NetsmartCares portal to submit a case, what information is required?

In addition to the standard information (i.e. account, contact name, priority, urgency, whether it's a patient safety issue), please be sure to enter the following:

Product Family Select the Netsmart solution impacted
Product Perceptive
Release  Select if applicable
Function Select if applicable
Subject Provide a short description of the problem
Description

Please include as much information as possible 

  • Include attachments
  • Include any steps necessary to reproduce the error (as applicable)
