Who do I contact for ImageNow questions?

Netsmart clients with ImageNow installed/configured to work with their Netsmart EHR (electronic health record) should always contact Netsmart Technologies for assistance.

Clients can call support, submit a ticket via the portal, or send an email to netsmartsupport@ntst.com

If I use the Netsmart Cares Portal to submit a case, what information is required?

In addition to the standard information (i.e. account, contact name, priority, urgency, whether patient safety issue), please be sure to enter the following:

Product ImageNow
Release  Select if applicable
Function Select if applicable
Subject Provide a short description of the problem
Description

Please include as much information as possible

  • Include any steps necessary to reproduce the error, as applicable
