ImageNow Log Files - Perceptive
Log files should be reviewed periodically, and when troubleshooting.
Log File Locations
Logging information can be found in three major default locations:

| Log files associated to the ImageNow application and all its agents. | |
| Log file associated to the Tomcat WebServices; may have information regarding the viewing and integration components of the Netsmart Technologies solution. | |
| This location contains the log files associated to the client work station connection information and would be present on the work station that is attempting to connect to ImageNow server. |
There may be information regarding myAvatar, Tier, Insight, and/or myEvolv solution delivery issues. These logs vary by solution. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
