Data Trail Configuration
Through the configuration process, you can identify SQL tables that will be audited through myAvatar Data Trail. You can make selections at the form level, as well as select individual SQL tables associated with a form.
- All RADplus Utilities modeled forms and those myAvatar product forms supported by myAvatar Data Trail will be available for selection.
Note: Selecting an SQL table that is shared with another form will result in that table being selected for all forms associated with the shared SQL table. For example, if the SYSTEM.episode_history table is selected, the following forms will have the same table selected as well:
- Pre-Admit
- Bed Assignment
- Program Transfer
- Return From Leave
- Leave Status Change
-
Go to: Avatar PM > Data Trail > Data Trail Configuration - Click Select Tables To Audit.
The selection window opens, from which you can select SQL tables from certain myAvatar forms. This allows you to choose precisely what to audit. - Select Submit.
You can also generate a Crystal Report. The report will display each table selected in myAvatar Data Trail and the form associated with that table.
-
In the Sort Report By field, select whether the information should be displayed by:
- Option
View all SQL tables associated with a form. - Table
View all forms associated with an SQL table.
- Option
- Click Run Report.
Data Trail Configuration Report
The Data Trail Configuration Report provides a list of all applicable tables, in menu order, under each product. It also identifies whether or not they have been selected for Data Trail auditing.
The report will download from the Cache server the first time this report is run.
A local copy is saved on the workstation running the report in the following directory:
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Netsmart\CSMRprt
The Preview tab of the report contains all Data Trail tables from myAvatar PM, CWS, and MSO in menu order. This allows you to navigate directly to a given form.
