Authorization Change Report
Generate a report detailing the changes made within the Managed Care Authorizations and Cross Episode Managed Care Authorizations forms.
Prerequisites:
- The Managed Care Authorizations form must be set up for auditing in the Data Trail Configuration form.
- The Cross Episode Managed Care Authorizations form must be set up likewise in order to include data from that form as well.

Go to: Avatar PM > Data Trail > Client Management Reports > Authorization Change Reports - The Start and End Date fields filter the report to include only the data that was collected for Managed Care Authorizations during this range of dates.
- In the Audit Actions field, check the boxes to include the data related to each action in the report.
- In the Type of Authorization field, select the types to include in the report.
- Select Launch Report.
