Authorization Change Report

Generate a report detailing the changes made within the Managed Care Authorizations and Cross Episode Managed Care Authorizations forms.

Prerequisites:

• The Managed Care Authorizations form must be set up for auditing in the Data Trail Configuration form.
• The Cross Episode Managed Care Authorizations form must be set up likewise in order to include data from that form as well.

1. ---

   Go to: Avatar PM > Data Trail > Client Management Reports > Authorization Change Reports
2. The Start and End Date fields filter the report to include only the data that was collected for Managed Care Authorizations during this range of dates.
3. In the Audit Actions field, check the boxes to include the data related to each action in the report.
4. In the Type of Authorization field, select the types to include in the report.
5. Select Launch Report.
