Client Treatment Plan Service Restriction Exceptions Section - Cal-PM

Allow a service that is normally restricted for a program to be used when in the myAvatar CWS Client Treatment Plan.

Prerequisites:

• This section is enabled via the myAvatar CWS registry setting Enable Service Entry Restriction by Client Treatment Plan.

1. The Client Treatment Plan Service Restriction Exceptions grid displays the services that are selected to override the restrictions. Use the Add, Edit, and Delete buttons to make changes.

2. In the Service Code field, select the service to override the restrictions.

3. In the Allowed For field, select the areas in which this service may be used.

4. In the Restrict by Date Range or Days After Admission field, select the parameters by which to limit the use of this service:

• Select Days After Admission to allow the service within a selected number of days after the admission date.
  Then enter the number of days in the Number of Days Service is Valid field.
• Select Date Range to allow the service within a set time period.
  Then enter the dates in the Allowed Start Date and Allowed End Date fields.
