GAIN Agency Configuration

Configure GAIN Agency

1. Go to: Avatar CWS > GAIN Interface > GAIN Agency Configuration
2. In the Agency Name field, enter the agency name (from Chestnut Health Systems).
3. In the Agency ID field, enter the agency ID (from Chestnut Health Systems).
4. In the ICP (Individual Clinical Profile) Number Of Assessments field, enter the number of assessments to appear in the Select Assessment field of the GAIN ICP Data section in the GAIN Assessment form.
   Note: The system automatically selects the most recent assessments, however, if '0' is selected, all assessments appear.
5. In the Login Name field, enter the login name associated with the agency ID.
6. In the Password field, enter the login password.
7. In the Confirm Password field, enter the password again.
8. Click Test Connection to confirm the connection between myAvatar and the Chestnut Health Systems software.
9. Once finished, click Submit.
