CWS Vital Signs Setup
You can define a vital sign's normal range for the CWS Vital Signs form using this utility. This information is used by the CWS Vital Signs form (Enter Vital Signs screen). Values that are outside the normal range will display in red in the Enter Vital Signs screen. myAvatar eMAR: Vital signs entered in myAvatar eMAR can be viewed in Vital Signs forms.
User defined height and weight information in myAvatar Order Entry will not be available in Vital Signs forms. Vital sign information from the CWS Vital Signs form is added to the report.
- Go to: Avatar CWS > CWS utilities
- Click Launch Report to generate a report that details vital sign definition information.
