Product Update Form Description

Avatar eMAR is enhanced so that individual choices in the 'Order Filter' prompt can be hidden. This is accomplished via the new extended attribute 'Hide in eMAR Order Filter' off of the 'Order Filter' dictionary (eMAR Tabled Files, Data Element 11003).

Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:

Dictionary Update (CWS)

Scenario 1: eMar Tabled Files - Hide in eMAR Order Filter

Specific Setup:

The ‘(11005) Hide in eMAR Order Filter’ extended attribute must be set to “No” in the eMAR Tabled Files ‘(11003) Order Filter’ dictionary for “Routine”.
The ‘(11005) Hide in eMAR Order Filter’ extended attribute must be set to “Yes” in the eMAR Tabled Files ‘(11003) Order Filter’ dictionary for “STAT”.
Please log out of the application and log back in after completing the above configuration.

Steps

Access the 'eMAR' widget.
Click the 'Order Filter' field.
Validate the 'Order Filter' field does not contain "STAT".
Validate the 'Order Filter' field contains "Routine".
