Product Update Description

The following modifications are made to the Kansas AIMS compile process: 1) Support for the 'Cross Episodic Financial Eligibility' form is added. 2) The Service Units field is no longer required in the compile. 3) An error that could occur if certain modeled forms are not present in the system is resolved.
