Crisis Episode Client Admission/Discharge Report (PAS 46N) - First Two Letters Of Current Last Name
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
- Admission (Outpatient)
- Client Admission Report (PAS 44N)
- Client Admission Report (PAS 44N)
- Diagnosis
- State Form Dictionary Setup
- Discharge
- Program Maintenance
Scenario 1: Client Admission Report (PAS 44N) - Field validation
Specific Setup:
- State Form Dictionary Setup:
- Set up a program - Any existing program.
- Select State Form = New York State Client Admission Report (PAS 44N).
- Select State Form Data Element = Program No. (10001).
- State Form Text Value - Desired value. Note the value.
- Program Maintenance:
- An existing program is identified, or a new program is created. Note the program code/name.
- Admission:
- A client is admitted to the above program on the desired date. Note the date of birth of the client, admission date, admission program and client id.
- Diagnosis:
- A diagnosis record is created for the client.
Steps
- Open the 'Client Admission Report (PAS 44N)' form.
- Select a client in the ‘Select Client’ field.
- Select an episode from the ‘Episode’ drop down list field.
- Verify the 'First Two Letters Of Last Name At Birth' contains only letters and does not contain any special characters.
- Verify the 'First Two Letters Of Current Last Name' contains only letters and does not contain any special characters.
- Change the defaulted value the ‘Admission Date’ field to a date that is 20 days prior to the admission date.
- Validate that the ‘ID Consent Date', CJ Consent Date’ and 'Tobacco Last Used Date' fields do not accept dates that are prior to the admission date or after the ‘Admission Date’.
- Validate that the ‘ID Consent Date', CJ Consent Date’ and 'Tobacco Last Used Date' fields do not accept dates that are prior to the client's date of birth.
- Validate that the ‘ID CONSENT, CJ Consent Date’ and 'Tobacco Last Used Date' fields accept dates are after the date of birth and prior to the ‘Admission Date’ or equal to 'Admission Date'.
- Fill out all required field.
- Click [Submit].
- Verify the form files successfully.
- Click [OK].
Scenario 2: Crisis Episode Client Admission/Discharge Report (PAS 46N) - Field validation
Specific Setup:
- State Form Dictionary Setup:
- Set up a program - Any existing program.
- Select State Form = New York State Client Admission Report (PAS 44N)
- Select State Form Data Element = Program No. (10001)
- State Form Text Value - Desired value. Note the value.
- Admission:
- An existing client is identified, or a new client is created. Note the client id, admission program and admission date.
- Diagnosis:
- Client has a ‘Diagnosis’ record.
- Discharge:
- Client has a ‘Discharge’ record after 1-2 days after admission date.
Steps
- Open ‘Crisis Episode Client Admission/Discharge Report (PAS 46N)’ for the client.
- Verify the 'First Two Letters Of Last Name At Birth' contains only letters and does not contain any special characters.
- Verify the 'First Two Letters Of Current Last Name' contains only letters and does not contain any special characters.
- In the ‘Admission Date’ field, change the defaulted value to a different value.
- Validate that the ‘CJ Consent Date’ and the 'Tobacco Last Used Date' fields do no accept dates that are after the ‘Admission Date’,
- Validate that the ‘CJ Consent Date’ and the 'Tobacco Last Used Date' fields accept dates prior to the ‘Admission Date’.
- Validate that the ‘CJ Consent Date’ and the 'Tobacco Last Used Date' fields accept the date used in the ‘Admission Date’ field.
- Fill out all required field.
- Click [File Form].
- Click [OK].
