PROS Compile
The following issues in the PROS compile process are resolved: 1) The issue where services are erroneously passing even though there is no up to date 'IRP' filed is resolved. 2) The issue where items were erroneously passing the '3 Month Review' check is resolved. 3) The issue where Pre-Admission services are showing up on the error report even though a valid 'Pre-Admission' note exists is resolved. 4) The error '[UNDEFINED]ValidPlanRequirements+42^PROSNoteAndPlanCompile *end' is now resolved. 5) The issue where patients with no PROS services for a given compile month would still show up on the error report is resolved. 6) The issue where tier services were passing during compile even though they don't meet the minimum tier threshold is resolved.
