  • Kansas AIMS Setup - Exclude Service from AIMS Compile
    A new multi-select field 'Exclude Service from AIMS Compile' is added in the 'Kansas AIMS Setup' form to give the ability to select specific Service Codes that are not valid for ‘flagging’ for selection by the Kansas AIMS Flag Maintenance form and subsequent selection for processing by the Kansas AIMS Compile form.
  • Kansas AIMS Flag Maintenance - Flag Maintenance
    A new selection item 'Pre Admit discharges' is added to the 'Data Type' field of the 'Kansas AIMS Flag Maintenance' form so they can be separated from normal Discharges and flagged separately.

Product Update Description
The following changes are made to the Kansas AIMS Reporting process: 1) The 'Exclude Service(s) from AIMS Compile' field is added to the 'Kansas AIMS Setup' form to allow specific service codes to be excluded from the compile. 2) An issue is resolved where preadmissions could not be reflagged from the 'Kansas AIMS Flag Maintenance' form if the screening had a data entry date outside the date range entered in the Flag Maintenance form.

  • State Forms - NY PAS (44N)
    The 'Client Admission Report (PAS 44N)' has been updated to meet new regulations by: Adding the following new fields: Transgender, Asian Origin, and Pacific Origin. Changing field names to 'No. of Criminal Arrest in Prior 30 Days', 'No. of Criminal Arrest in Prior 6 Months', and 'No. of Days incarcerated in Prior 6 Months'. Removing the following fields from the form: 'NYSID', 'CJ Consent Date', and 'CJ Consent Revoke Date'.
    The following fields have been added to the 'STATEFORM.nys_pas44_admit' table: 'transgender_code', 'transgender_value', 'asian_origin_code', asian_origin_value', 'pacific_origin_code', and 'pacific_origin_value'.
  • State Forms - NY PAS (445)
    The 'Client Discharge Report (PAS 45N)' form has been updated to meet new regulations by adding the following fields: 'Was MAT Offered by this Program During this Treatment Episode?' and 'Was MAT Prescribed by this Program During this Treatment Episode?'.
    The 'StATEFORM.nys_pas45_discharge' table has the following new fields added: 'mat_offered_code', 'mat_offered_value', 'mat_prescribed_code', and 'mat_prescribed_value'.

Product Update Description
The NYS OASAS 'Client Admission Report (44N)' and 'Client Discharge Report (45N)' forms are updated in accordance with 2024 specifications.
