  • State Form Web Services Log
    The erroneous 'State Form Web Services Log' menu item is removed.
  • ASO Service Groups
    The new 'Type of Care' field is present on the 'ASO Service Groups' form. Service groups are additionally indexed by type of care in addition to service group code. When authorizations are created, the type of care is saved to a designated site specific field on the 'Cross Episode Managed Care Authorizations' form.

Product Update Form Description
The following changes are made: 1) Georgia ASO reporting is modified to use the Type of Care value returned in the response file to determine which service group should be used when creating authorizations. The 'Type of Care' field is added to the 'ASO Service Groups' form to support this change. 2) The erroneous 'State Form Web Services Log' menu item is removed.

  • NYS PAS Form Submission File Creation
    Resolves an issue to ensure that the 'NYS PAS Form Submission File Creation' form creates a file successfully and it includes correct records of the client.

  • PROS Encounter Form
    Functionality has been updated to display the 'Program Participation (hours)' in 'hh:mm:ss' format, such as 05:30:00. Functionality has also been updated to retain all rows of the 'Program Participation' grid when the 'PROS Encounter Form' has been submitted.

Product Update Form Description
The following issues are resolved on the 'PROS Encounter' form: 1) Entering program participation hours using the Program Participation grid would calculate and display the 'Program Participation (hours)' as an integer rather than in hh:mm:ss format. This issue is related to SF 2021 update 35. 2) The case where not all rows entered in the 'Program Participation' grid would be re-displayed after being saved.

  • ASO Discharge Rolls Back
    Processing a Discharge Accepted ASO Response file no longer rolls back existing authorizations where the effective date is after the discharge date in the response file.

Georgia ASO reporting is modified to not rollback existing auths for discharges if the discharge date is prior to the effective date of the existing auth.

The following changes are made for MA Opiates: 1) An issue is resolved where the Agency Enrollment IDs for outgoing messages were not ordering properly in certain cases. 2) Messages will not be sent for patients enrolled in programs where the 'Other Program Grouper/Identifier' field is not filled out in the 'Program Maintenance' form.
