Enhanced Caseload Management
The 'My Clients' widget is enhanced with the following:
1) Ability to add and remove clients from the Physician's caseload
2) Ability to remove clients from the Physician Team
Please note: To utilize full functionality the following updated must be installed: RADplus 2021 update 116 and RADplus client 2513-003 or 3201-001.

Avatar eMAR - AOE Questions
Avatar eMAR is enhanced to display an "AOE" indicator in the 'Order Description' box in the eMAR main order grid, for any order that has any 'Ask on Order Entry' questions with answers. When the "AOE" indicator is displayed, the actual AOE questions and answers are included in the flyover for the 'Order Description' box. Note: A myAvatar Client Update or upgrade must also be installed for full functionality.

Launch pre-administration assessments from Avatar eMAR
The 'Task Association' form has been enhanced to allow Pre-Administration Assessments to be configured for Avatar eMAR. This adds an indicator to show that pre-administration assessments are possible and allows the user to launch Flowsheet through a right-click menu within the Order Description.
Value Added: A right-click option is added in eMAR to launch pre-administration assessments.

'Duplicate Plan Element Checking' registry setting
The 'Enable Duplicate Plan Element Checking' registry setting is added. When enabled, the 'Treatment Plan' form will check if elements dragged from a Treatment Plan library already exist in the plan. Please note: A RADplus Client Update or upgrade is also needed in conjunction with this Update for use of the new functionality.
Value Added: This notifies users when a Treatment Plan element has already been added from the library.

The 'Restrict Access To Original Practitioner Category' and 'Default Practitioner Categories Responsible' registry settings.
The 'Restrict Access To Original Practitioner Category' registry setting is added. When enabled, the 'Goal' subsection of the 'Treatment Plan' form will save the practitioner category that is associated to the user that created it. In addition, it will restrict access to the goal to only users with the same practitioner category. In addition, the 'Default Practitioner Categories Responsible' registry setting is added. The user can define practitioner categories to default into the 'Practitioner Categories Responsible' field in the 'Interventions' subsection of the 'Treatment Plan' form. Alternatively, the 'Practitioner Categories Available' and 'Practitioner Categories Responsible' fields are added to the 'Treatment Plan Definition' form to allow multiple staff disciplines to be associated to an intervention.
Value Added: The ability to restrict access to goals based on practitioner category and the ability to associate interventions to one or more staff disciplines.

"Send To Do Notification" form - My To Do's widget and 'Review To Do Item
A new form “Send To Do Notification” is introduced. To support the new form's functionality, changes are made to the 'Review To Do Item' form and 'My To Dos' widget which also contain a new link to new form 'Escalate To Do Item'. Note: All changes will only be accessible with the installation of both middleware update "RADplus Client Update 3201-001" or higher and server update "RADplus 2021 Update 71"
Value Added: Gives users the ability to send a 'To Do' notification to other users within Avatar without needing it to be tied to an existing client, staff member, or one of the various clinical forms in the system that already process 'To Do's'

Client Information widget - Allergy icon
Wherever Allergy information shows up for a client, such as the 'Client Information' widget, we will be replacing the icon that shows up next to "Allergies". We will now show an amber icon instead of the previous red “warning” icon to better align with other Netsmart products such as BedBoard.

'Prevent Access for Practitioner Categories' registry setting
The 'Problem List' form and the 'Problem List' Grid in the 'Treatment Plan' form can now be disabled based on the practitioner category. In addition, the tree view in the 'Treatment Plan' form can now restrict the adding/editing of problems and/or objectives based on practitioner category. The 'Prevent Access for Practitioner Categories' registry setting is added to support this functionality.
