Avatar eMAR - Client Wristband scanning
Avatar eMAR (Medications section) is enhanced to support the ability to require that a client's wristband be scanned prior to selecting a cell for administration or scanning a medication, or that an override be provided instead. This functionality is enabled via the registry setting 'Require client wristband scan in Avatar eMAR'.
The following issues are resolved:
1) Where multiple of the same popup warnings could display.
2) Where selecting a cell would prompt the 'Client Wristband Not Scanned' warning then the cell would not be able to be acted upon.

Avatar eMAR - AOE Questions
Avatar eMAR is enhanced to display an "AOE" indicator in the 'Order Description' box in the eMAR main order grid, for any order that has any 'Ask on Order Entry' questions with answers. The 'Restrict Access To Original Practitioner Category' and 'Default Practitioner Categories Responsible' registry settings.
The 'Restrict Access To Original Practitioner Category' registry setting is added. When enabled, the 'Goal' subsection of the 'Treatment Plan' form will save the practitioner category that is associated to the user that created it. In addition, it will restrict access to the goal to only users with the same practitioner category. In addition, the 'Default Practitioner Categories Responsible' registry setting is added. The user can define practitioner categories to default into the 'Practitioner Categories Responsible' field in the 'Interventions' subsection of the 'Treatment Plan' form. Alternatively, the 'Practitioner Categories Available' and 'Practitioner Categories Responsible' fields are added to the 'Treatment Plan Definition' form to allow multiple staff disciplines to be associated to an intervention.

"Send To Do Notification" form - My To Do's widget and 'Review To Do Item
A new form “Send To Do Notification” is introduced. To support the new form's functionality, changes are made to the 'Review To Do Item' form and 'My To Dos' widget which also contain a new link to new form 'Escalate To Do Item'. Note: All changes will only be accessible with the installation of both middleware update "RADplus Client Update 3201-001" or higher and server update "RADplus 2021 Update 71"
The “Send To Do Notification" form will allow a user the ability to send 'To Do' notifications to any myAvatar user regardless of their association to a clinical staff member, as well as get notified when a task has been completed.
In addition, the "My To Do's" widget will contain a new tab "Sent & Not Reviewed which will "only" contain 'To Do's' sent using the new form, and gives the user the ability to follow up on the ‘To Do’ items they have sent which have not yet been reviewed. The tab will also contain an "Escalate" column containing a 'Escalate To Do Item' link. This will launch a new form called "Escalate To Do Item", which will allow a user to send an escalation 'To Do' to another user based on an existing 'To Do' item.
The "Review To Do Item" form launched from the "My To Do's" widget will display any detailed information regarding the 'To Do' in the "To Do Information" text box instead of using the ‘View Detail’ button, which will now be disabled for these type 'To Do's'.
