Data from tables joined to SYSTEM.appt_data or SYSTEM.appt_data_all may not appear in Schedule Widgets. The errors [UNDEFINED]Delete+12^GUIObjectALIAS or [UNDEFINED]EDIT+16^GUIObjectALIAS which occur when a User Modeled table with multiple table aliases has one table alias removed. Also, Multiple System Code validations are revised for performance improvement.

An issue is resolved in a "Service Documentation" modeled form where no error checking was performed during form finalization, if the service "Start Time" entered was after the service "End Time" and the "Duration" field was not on the form. In addition, an issue is resolved to ensure that when a "Program" is assigned only specific "Locations", that an error message displays when finalizing the form to indicate that the location is not associated to the program. Also, an issue is resolved to ensure that the "option_desc" field in the "SYSTEM.billing_tx_history table" is populated correctly, when finalizing a row associated to an existing appointment

Several issues with Service Documentation are resolved: When finalizing a row associated to an existing appointment, and Registry Setting 'Post Appointment When Service Documentation is Finalized' is answered Yes, the service was created with an incorrect form identifier. Where Registry Setting 'Activate Program/Location Filter' is answered Yes, the error for invalid location occurred after the Service Documentation row was finalized; the error should occur prior to finalization. Validation of Service Start Time and Service End Time did not occur unless a Service Duration value was provided although Service Duration is not required for inclusion on a form.
