The following modifications are made: 1) Support for the 'Use ODS Group Service Calculation' and 'Maximum Travel Time (minutes)' fields in the 'CPT Code Definition' and 'Revenue Code Definition' forms is added. 2) Support for the 'Travel Time' and 'Group Service Units Per Day' fields in the Claims Processing Forms is added.
