ProviderConnect Add Treatment/Service Entry 'Client And Counselor Groups' Support
Netsmart ProviderConnect is updated to support 'ODS Group Service' calculations in conjunction with the Avatar MSO 'Enable Client and Counselor Groups in Service Entry' Registry Setting in various Add Treatment/Service Entry and System Definition forms.
The 'Travel Time' and 'Group Service Units Per Day' fields are added to the ProviderConnect Add Treatment/Service Entry forms and Service Detail display. Support is added for the 'Use ODS Group Service Calculation' and 'Maximum Travel Time (minutes)' fields in 'CPT Code Definition' and 'Revenue Code Definition' receipt from Avatar MSO. ProviderConnect System Configuration Item 'Tx_StartODSGroupServiceCalc' is added to specify the Start Date for ODS Client and Counselor Group Billing calculations. In addition, ProviderConnect System Configuration Item 'Tx_DisableDiagnosis' is added to optionally disable the 'Diagnosis' fields in the 'Add Treatment' service entry workflow/forms.
