When enabled, Avatar State Forms Registry Setting 'Enable Texas TMHP Billing' will add the 'TMHP Waiver Reference Number' field to the Avatar PM 'Financial Eligibility', 'Cross Financial Eligibility', and 'Family Financial Eligibility' forms ('Guarantor Selection' section). The Avatar PM 'FinancialEligibility' and 'CrossEpisodeFinancialEligibility' web services are updated accordingly.

Support for Avatar State Forms Registry Setting 'Enable Texas TMHP Billing' is added to Avatar PM.
When enabled, Avatar State Forms Registry Setting 'Enable Texas TMHP Billing' will add the 'TMHP Type Of Service' and 'Line Item Control Number - Positions 5 to 20 (2400-REF)' fields to the Avatar PM 'Service Codes' form. The 'Service Code Upload Process' form and file layout are updated accordingly. Please refer to updated 'Avatar_PM_Service_Code_Upload_Layout.xls' document included with Avatar PM 2022 Update 3 for Service Code Upload format/layout.

Support for Avatar State Forms Registry Setting 'Enable Texas TMHP Billing' is added to Avatar PM.
When enabled, Avatar State Forms Registry Setting 'Enable Texas TMHP Billing' will allow Avatar PM 'Electronic Billing' 837 Professional files to include/report 2300-REF Referral Number/Reference Identification and 2400-REF Line Item Control Number values from various Texas TMHP Billing configuration/entry fields. In addition, Avatar State Forms Registry Setting 'Enable Texas TMHP Billing' will allow Avatar PM '835 Health Care Claim Payment/Advice' file processing to compile and post claim/service payment and adjustment information for Texas TMHP Billing 837 Professional claims using 835 2100-CLP Claim Payment Information.
Avatar PM is updated to support state specific functionality.
